Health & Well-Being
I don't think most people realize how intertwined these two topics are. If one becomes angry, it severely impacts the bodies immune system and puts undo stress on your physical self. If you do not exercise enough then your mind becomes less alert, you feel more tired and are unable to concentrate. Long story made short, they are all getting lumped here together.
I am addressing topics here as I see fit, with the only criteria being that I have an interest in it, or think others would have an interest in it also:
Acid Reflux (GERD)- A subject very near to my heart... get it? Near to my heart... ahahahahaa
Information on the damage done by GERD, some things I have found that helped me.
Electromagnetic Fields - All around you... Who wants to live under a powerline?
These things are all around you? They are just not good for you. Find out why here.
Flouride - In the way it is used today, this stuff is bad.

I have benefited greatly from meditation. Information and links on how to do it... Best thing is: It won't cost you a dime.
Tai Chi - Well, in my case Qi-gong - but effective and fun none-the-less
Its a mind - body - spirit exercise. You've never heard bones crack until you've tried this!
Water - Are you drinking enough?
This stuff is essential to your health & well-being. Personally I think its one question doctors should ask!
